Organization Tip One
Get your workout in early and you’ll feel great all day. I like to set out my clothes the night before so all I have to do is roll out of bed, toss on my workout gear, and head out the door before my brain is even turned on all the way. I set a daily step goal and try to make it to 50% before the morning is over. Getting the jump on my daily workout is my key for success in that arena.
Organization Tip Two
Prepare your water and lunches the night before. If you are like me and are busy at lunchtime – or at work – having my lunches already planned for the week is important. Organization Tip Three
Get a planner! It can be a blank notebook or a more structured one with the months and weeks already printed. Sit down on Sunday night and write out all your “Have To Dos,” “Want To Dos,” and “Skip” for the next week. Now you will be able to look back and check off all the things you had to do or wanted to do. And on Saturday, be sure to check off all the things you didn’t have to do that week. So satisfying.
