On the way to North Shore, there is a coffee farm. I’ve always been intrigued by it and when we hired our sitter, she knew of a playgroup that meets there so Blueberry goes to “coffee” all the time. One Sunday while Hubs was in the field, I asked them what they wanted to do today and they said go to coffee. And so off we went!
Since I don’t always feel like coffee, I got a milkshake. It’s only $5 and is delicious. And since Blueberry is a regular, we got free whipped cream. Hey, it pays to know people – am I right? 😛 I drank my shake, shared it with my kiddos while Mac snacked on some cherrios and then I decided I wanted to see what the coffee farm was all about.
Blueberry took the lead and off we went. While it looked small from the outside, it was a maze inside. The coffee trees were all around. Some even had some raw berries on them. I thought it was pretty cool. I know most of the coffee is grown across the street from the farm but it was cool to see this little part.
Have you ever been to a coffee farm? Or have you been to Green World? Isn’t it amazing!?!
