How is it September already? I feel like I say that every month. This year is FLYING by. Anyway, it’s time to review another month’s goals. How did August go? Well, I didn’t run as much as I had wanted so I ended up finishing my second half marathon in 3 hours and 50 minutes. Not too bad really. I walked the entire thing so I kept a good pace. I kept up on my push ups and sit ups too!
Now for September:
1. Finish the first 30 days of Kayla Itsines workout
2. Ramp up my running. I’m doing the Honolulu Marathon in December!
3. Work on growing my Etsy Shop. I’ve been trucking along for 2 years now. Use code 2YEARS and save 10% but be quick because the offer ends September 5th!
