Holy cow! July is done? I blinked and it was over. How did I do on my goals? I did okay. I kept on walking – I did sign up for a half marathon in August so that’s good. I did my push ups and sit ups most days. Not all but we did take a week vacation. I’m laughing at losing 5 pounds, because we did do vacation. Oh well. We’ll try again in August.
So, goals for August:
1. Push ups and sit ups again
2. Half marathon in less than 3 hours
3. Lose 5 pounds
