For the past 2 weeks, I’ve had a tension headache. I’ve tried stretching. I’ve tried breathing techniques. I’ve tried not being angry but still the headache persists. It makes it hard to sleep. To think. To eat.
I know it’s from stress. Stress of my kids not sleeping through the night. Stress that my poor husband has been sick for almost 2 weeks and has been not as helpful as usual. It’s sad really. I need a better way to combat my stress.
Yelling into a pillow, or at the cats, or at myself is not working anymore. Not that it ever did. My jaw is so tired of being tense, I can’t even eat dinner.
You’d think with all the stress, I’d lose weight but no. I’ve gained 3 pounds.

So, my doctor recommended yoga as a technique. Do you have a destressing yoga routine? Or a better way to combat the stress of life?
