I’ve been in a recipe rut for awhile. After scouring Pinterest, I found some recipes to try. Several of them have a healthy spin, you might even call some of them paleo (shock).
Here’s what I’ve got planned:
One Pot Wonder Lo Mein
Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Bourbon Chicken with Cauliflower Rice
Broccoli Quinoa Fritters
I’ve been trying to eat healthier but it’s always hard. I’ve also been toying with the idea of going partially paleo. I know, I know. I said it was dumb and I still think it’s kind of dumb but my brother went paleo in September and lost 25 pounds! He didn’t increase his exercise either.
I am also really trying to go clean. I think clean is easier than paleo because I like cheese and bean and I don’t want to give those up. I think I am going to try to eat one paleo meal a week, while trying to go clean with everything else.
Just don’t tell my husband because he really thinks paleo is a huge joke.
