I once saw this on the Food Network “Best Thing I Ever Ate” show. It sounded really good but I rarely have leftover noodles so I can’t make it too often.
Here’s what you do, take leftover spaghetti noodles and 2 eggs, add to a pan.
Scramble the eggs up with the noodles so the noodles reheat and the eggs cook.
Add some parmesean cheese and enjoy.
It’s like a lunchfast. Kind of like brunch but more lunch than breakfast.
