Have you heard of Bookroo? It’s a monthly subscription box that features books based on your kiddos age. I was given 2 boxes to review and was so excited when I opened them up. The boxes they were mailed in are super cute but what was even more fun was that the books were wrapped like presents. My kids were so excited to unwrap their treasures. At first Mac was a little confused because he just had a birthday but once the older kids started unwrapping, he was into it.
I was already impressed by the packaging and the books kept up the goodness. These are high quality, hard cover books that will be able to stand up to my (rambunctious) crew. The board books have an interaction feature with flaps and all the kids liked that. They also use small words and repetitive phrases to help learn how to recognize sight words. The books for the older kids were just a great. Piglet was super pumped to get the Mother Goose book because he LOVES Mother Goose.
Bookroo subscriptions can be bought for yourself or gifted so it is perfect for grandparents. The picture book box is perfect for kids 2-6 and comes with 2 books and the board book box is for 0-2 and comes with 3 books inside. Each month, you can get new books to fill out your at home library. I definitely think this is something we would love for many years. Have you ever heard of Bookroo? Who would you gift it to?
