Last week Hubs did all the meal planning. One thing he came up with was stuffed peppers. I didn’t know how to make them so I left it all up to him. Most of the things he found were for keeping the pepper standing up and then you stuff it but those took forever to cook so he cut them in half and got busy cooking.
He made some dirty rice and browned some ground beef with some onion and garlic and then stuffed the peppers. They cooked for about 15 minutes and then for 5 more with some shredded mozzarella cheese on them.
Man, they were so good. I’m not a real pepper person but these were fantastic. We each ate 1 and a half of them.
Mmm-mm. I told Hubs he was going to have to start cooking more often because he’s got some great ideas.
