I didn’t post last week because of the holidays but I finished. I did all three phases. I didn’t do it every single day but I did it at least every other day and I’m proud of that.
I had never gone past phase two before because it was too hard but I’m so glad I stuck with it. Phase three is a bitch. To say the least. I was getting comfortable with phase two and then I moved up and wanted to die. All the plank moves in phase two are needed.
Oye! I’m still going to work on adding calisthenics to my workouts. I mean, I’ve pinned a million of them, I should actually try some of them. I wish I could go to the gym but working out at home will have to do for now.
