I love me some nachos. Seriously. They’re the bomb. I judge restaurants by their nacho making ability. It’s bad.
The other day, I had an idea for homemade nachos. The problem is the cheese. I like it all melty, kind of like stadium nachos but I wanted to eat something not fake. I used this recipe to make the cheese. It was easy. It made a lot and I had to throw some out because I have no idea how well it keeps.
Then, I chose what meat I wanted. I wanted some beef. Some shredded beef. So I got a round rump roast, covered it in taco seasoning and water, and then cooked it on low for about 8 hours in the crockpot.
