My blog name is Beebee Bellies, I usually blog about my babies but today, I’m going to talk about my belly. I have always struggled with my weight and one of the things I feared about having kids is that I would never be able to lose the baby weight.
This pregnancy was different from my last one, I barely gained any weight. In fact, when I left the hospital, I weighed less than I before I was pregnant. Halleluiah! Right?
Well, only if it stays off.
I haven’t really been dieting. I am still trying to establish my milk supply and it’s the holiday season so I don’t want to start a diet right in the middle of cookie time. But I am being conscious of what I’m eating and I’m trying to make good snack choices.
Starting in January, I am going to start working out again, which I am excited about. I’ve been pinning some good little workouts that I can do at home, with an infant and a toddler running around.
I have been thinking of setting monthly goals for 2013. So far, I’ve only goals for got January, February, and March thought up.
In January: workout at least 3 times a week; lose 3 pounds.
In February: do Jillian Micheal’s 30 day shred; lose 4 pounds.
In March: run at least 2 miles 3 times a week; lose 5 pounds.
Can I do it?
I hope so. I’m really motivated right now and I hope I stay motivated come January.
