Since I’m about 7 weeks pregnant and this ain’t my first rodeo, I’ve got a couple goals I’d like to do during the first trimester of my second pregnancy.
Number One: Work out at least 4 days of week. Should be easy since Piglet goes to daycare 3 days a week so there’s 3 days free, just work in one more with Piglet. Probably a walk because it’s getting nice outside and Piglet likes taking walks.
Number Two: Not gain any weight. I’m already a little overweight so I don’t need to gain any weight during the first trimester. Also, last time, I gained the majority of my weight in the first half of my pregnancy and that wasn’t very good so I’m going to work on stabilizing my weight until this summer.
Number Three: Make some baby clothes for the new baby and for Piglet. Possibly matching PJs? I just got a serger and I am dying to make clothes for everyone!
Number Four: Hang out with The Hubster once a week without TV or Piglet. I think it’ll be important to have some alone time before our entire life is changed forever.
The first trimester will end in the middle of May, so I’ve got roughly 6 weeks to meet these goals and think of new goals for the second trimester. So far this pregnancy is starting out just like my first one.
The only symptoms I have it being tired during the day and then at night, not being able to fall asleep. It takes about 2 hours to fall asleep at night but during the day, I could nap for hours if I had the time.
