Well, it’s almost the end of my 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michael’s. Yay! It’s a fun but VERY challenging workout. She is one tough chick. I almost wish I could hire her.
I don’t notice too much of a difference, other than I am exhausted at the end of every day, since I’m working out almost 90 minutes a day, but I did lose 4 pounds.
Officially, since the scale has hit the same number for 3 days in a row now. That’s pretty cool. Not as much weight as I would have liked but 4 pounds is 4 pounds
