Today, I reached my first goal on WW, 5% of my body weight!
I’m down to 172. So far, I’ve lost 13 pounds. I started on the 1st of January, so I think I did really well for my first month.
One of these days, my treadclimber will come in the mail and I’ll be able to work out more often.
Today is a beautiful day so I think I’m going to take Piglet on a little walk.
